3. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a service engagement, please notify us in writing at support@iqba.in. The following applies:

• Before work commences: Full refund of any fees paid, minus any administrative charges.
• After work has commenced: Refund will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed and any costs already incurred. No refund will be provided for services already delivered.

4. Cancellation by IQBA

IQBA reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund of any fees paid will be provided.

5. Free Resources

All free resources, tools, blog content, and consultation calls are provided at no cost. No refund applies as no payment is involved.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any concerns amicably.
